It appears that the queue has temporarily subsided.
The workload is currently on the decline, and it will take some time to clear the queue.
The team is in the process of redirecting traffic and performing manual scaling.
Docprep API call takes a very long time to be processed. We found that high backlog of ~7k jobs just in the EU region. The technical team is investigating. We will update this status page again as soon as we have more information or in 30 minutes, whichever is sooner.
