We have not seen a recurrence. We are marking this incident as resolved. Within five business days, we will post a link the the post mortem of this incident here.
We believe we have contained this incident and will continue to monitor it. We’re also observing incoming jobs in the Illustrator EU region. Unless there is a recurrence, we will mark this incident resolved in one hour.
We’ve noticed jobs entering the US region. It appears that the EU region is not receiving any jobs from the Print Web service. The team is currently in the process of redirecting all traffic to the US region to investigate if there might be an issue with the EU environment.
The team has discovered that print web requests encounter failures while polling the Illustrator service with this error.
We are aware of an issue impacting. The technical team is investigating. We will update this status page again as soon as we have more information or in 30 minutes, whichever is sooner.
We detected a minor error spike related to the ‘generateEpsAndTiff’ file in prepress. We encountered the following error: ‘There was an error attempting to make a request to the API. The request was aborted due to the inability to create an SSL/TLS secure channel. Currently, the error rate has decreased.
