Some of the orders needing AI files getting rejected in prepress
Errors are subdued now, no new errors are to be seen for prepress illustrator service and it seems to be that service is running fine.
We will update the postmortem report for this incident in 2 days.
The errors stopped around 8 PM IST
We are actively monitoring if any similar error comes after the live errors are subdued, but as of now we are not seeing any errors from Prepress Illustrator service.
The spike in errors that stopped around 5 hours ago, queues will take a while to clear out, so illustrator jobs may be slow to complete.
We Will monitor for a bit in case the error rate begins to spike again.
