Error rates have improved and are now below 0.5%. The affected downstream services and Order Management operations should start to see some recovery. We will continue to monitor the issue and update again in 30 minutes.

CT teams identified degraded instances in the Item Service infrastructure which are being corrected. This caused error rates to increase which affected other downstream services. Next update in 30 minutes or sooner.
