Incident Resolved: CTIM-1121
Impacted users and error rates are back down to normal levels (0-10 per hour). Overall this incident looks to have had a potential impact of up to 600 customers. With the return to normal error rates, we are now considering this incident as contained. a Postmortem will be conducted during normal business hours and shared in the following week.

UPDATE:

Doc Extension has rolled back their changes to the DSS service and error rates and affected users numbers are returning to normal levels. Teams will continue to monitor for the next 30 minutes to ensure these drop to pre-deployment levels. If things continue to look good at that point, we’ll call this incident contained.

There’s an issue saving some customer documents when a projection is used. It started about 6AM this morning, was thought to be isolated to an issue with the MCP Doc Projection Service but has been getting worse over the last several hours.
