Large quantity order is stuck in Print Ready status

The Rhydon squad assisted by creating 10 batches of 5K each, distributed across devices. The National Pen team has confirmed they can now produce the order, so the incident is considered resolved.

The Rhydon squad has created two batches of 5K each and is waiting for them to nest before creating additional batches.

The Rhydon squad is creating manual batches in the backend due to the large order quantity. We request the National Pen team to provide the device name on which they want these batches to be created.

National Pen Mexico has escalated that they have a large quantity order (50000) which is stuck in ‘Print Ready’ status & they are unable to produce it. They even tried creating manual batches but the system is not allowing them to create over 10000 quantity. Can someone please assist with this.
