UPDATE:

eComm support has confirmed service functionality and stability. The 503 (service unavailable) errors seem to be isolated and not indicative of a systemic outage. The 401 (auth) errors would need to be reviewed by the BoxUp website team since it involves invalid auth when requesting data from the storefront service, rather than a problem with the service itself. Requesting that customers clear cache and retry so we can log and review any additional errors at that point.

New Incident: CTIM-790
Priority: High
Escalation sent to: eCommerce Support for review.
BoxUp has some customers unable to view their orders pages when trying to reorder. We could see increased impact over the weekend if other customers cannot access their previous orders. Would like to confirm whether (or not) there’s a common cause for this problem.
