At this point, orders being processed in Prepress steps have fallen back into normal range. The incident is now contained.

Incident Updated: Order count in prepress steps continues to fall. Currently ~360 in doc transformation and ~500 in prepress The affected orders could have included all BUs, updating incident data to reflect this info.
Incident Updated: Support teams are currently scaling the infrastructure to assist with processing a large backlog of items in the US region.

Artwork Tech has identified an increasing amount of orders being processed in Prepress steps. The orders are showing as ‘In Progress’ in the doc transformation (~730 orders) and prepress (~938 orders) steps, but the count has been increasing. Artwork Tools team is already investigating the issue.
